Het kan komen door te lang in dezelfde houding te zitten, in een verkeerde slaaphouding te slapen of zelfs door te lang onderuitgezakt te zitten tijdens het werken op je apparaat.<\/p>\n<p>De pijn kan zo hevig zijn dat het je humeur en productiviteit be\u00efnvloedt. Maar maak je geen zorgen, er zijn oefeningen voor thuis die de pijn kunnen verlichten zonder dat je geld hoeft uit te geven aan dure behandelingen of eindeloze uren in de sportschool.<\/p>\n<p>Volg de rechterkant <a href=\"https:\/\/anabolic-coach.com\/nl\/core-conditioning-thuistraining-van-15-minuten\/\">thuisoefening<\/a> Dit zal dit ongemak in een mum van tijd verlichten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Waarom uw nek stijf aanvoelt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Een stijve nek ontstaat meestal door een slechte zit- en slaaphouding, spierspanning en langdurig in een statische positie zitten. Een goed voorbeeld is langdurig, voorovergebogen werken achter je laptop of telefoon; dit veroorzaakt spanning in je nekspieren en leidt tot ongemak.<\/p>\n<p>In dat geval volstaat een eenvoudige houdingscorrectie en wat mobiliteitsoefeningen om het ongemak te verlichten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Snelle routine voor directe nekverlichting<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Doe deze eenvoudige oefeningen van 5 minuten voor directe verlichting bij een stijve nek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Nek kantelt (van links naar rechts)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kantel je hoofd langzaam naar je schouder tot je een rek voelt, houd deze positie 10-15 seconden vast en wissel dan van kant. Dit zal je gespannen spieren losmaken en verlichting bieden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Kin intrekken<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ga staan of zitten en duw je kin naar achteren in een dubbele kinpositie. Houd deze positie 5 seconden vast en herhaal dit 10 keer. Dit is de meest effectieve manier om je houding te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Nekrotaties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Draai uw hoofd langzaam naar links en houd deze positie even vast. Herhaal dit proces, maar draai nu langzaam naar rechts. Zorg ervoor dat u uw beweging gecontroleerd uitvoert. Deze mobiliteitsoefening helpt om de nek soepel te houden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Schouderrollen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Draai je schouder in een cirkelvormige beweging, naar voren en naar achteren. Dit verlicht de spanning en stijfheid in je nek.
