On pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que la glucosamine est sans danger, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 2 000 mg par jour.<\/p>\n<h2>La glucosamine est-elle sans danger ?<\/h2>\n<p>La glucosamine est tr\u00e8s s\u00fbre et son effet secondaire le plus courant est la flatulence.
