(NO es culpa de tu entrenamiento)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfAlguna vez has decidido tomarte m\u00e1s en serio el entrenamiento de brazos siguiendo y realizando multitud de tutoriales de ejercicios para brazos de tus influencers de fitness favoritos, compa\u00f1eros de gimnasio o mentores durante semanas, pero al final, despu\u00e9s de todo, tienes pocas o ninguna ganancia visible de hipertrofia de la que presumir por todo tu esfuerzo?<\/p>\n<p>Si te sientes identificado con esta situaci\u00f3n, debes saber que no est\u00e1s solo. Adem\u00e1s, te interesar\u00e1 saber que tu programa de entrenamiento de brazos no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser la raz\u00f3n por la que tus b\u00edceps no crecen como esperabas.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, el problema no radica en todos esos ejercicios de brazos que has aprendido y que ahora ejecutas con la t\u00e9cnica correcta, sino en lo que haces despu\u00e9s de tus sesiones de gimnasio.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed es, lo que haces cuando no entrenas es tan importante como lo que haces durante tus sesiones. Aqu\u00ed te presentamos siete (7) razones por las que no est\u00e1s experimentando el crecimiento muscular esperado y algunos consejos para el desarrollo de los b\u00edceps que puedes anotar y poner en pr\u00e1ctica en tu pr\u00f3ximo entrenamiento de brazos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#1. Tu plan de recuperaci\u00f3n muscular es inadecuado.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Seguramente tus entrenadores te han inculcado la idea de que los m\u00fasculos no se desarrollan durante el entrenamiento, sino durante la recuperaci\u00f3n. Si bien este dicho es un clich\u00e9, no por ello deja de ser cierto.<\/p>\n<p>Al ejercitar los m\u00fasculos del brazo, se producen microdesgarros inevitables en el tejido muscular. Estos microdesgarros son parte normal de la hipertrofia y, a medida que los m\u00fasculos se reparan durante el descanso, se vuelven m\u00e1s grandes y fuertes.<\/p>\n<p>Tu cuerpo estimula la hipertrofia para preparar tus m\u00fasculos para la intensidad de tu pr\u00f3ximo entrenamiento de brazos. Si entrenas varios d\u00edas a la semana sin descansar lo suficiente, interfieres con el proceso de reparaci\u00f3n e hipertrofia muscular, lo que puede provocar decepci\u00f3n y frustraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Un consejo que puedes adoptar hoy es darle a tus brazos, especialmente a tus b\u00edceps, el tiempo suficiente para recuperarse adecuadamente de tu entrenamiento de brazos. <a href=\"https:\/\/anabolic-coach.com\/es\/calistenia-para-desarrollar-la-fuerza-de-todo-el-cuerpo-en-casa-con-ejercicios-con-equipo-minimo\/\">rutina de ejercicios<\/a>El tiempo de recuperaci\u00f3n recomendado para los b\u00edceps debe ser de al menos 48 horas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#2. Ignoras la nutrici\u00f3n para el crecimiento muscular.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si bien nunca se deben pasar por alto los errores en el entrenamiento de brazos si uno se toma en serio el desarrollo de la musculatura y la fuerza en los brazos, tambi\u00e9n se debe prestar la misma atenci\u00f3n al plan de nutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si quieres desarrollar m\u00fasculo, necesitas consumir una cantidad adecuada de prote\u00edna y mantener un super\u00e1vit cal\u00f3rico (para apoyar tu entrenamiento), no un d\u00e9ficit. Debes consumir suficientes carbohidratos complejos, grasas saludables y, por supuesto, prote\u00ednas magras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#3. Su sobrecarga progresiva es d\u00e9bil o inexistente. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El secreto para ganar masa muscular reside en aplicar a los m\u00fasculos la tensi\u00f3n suficiente para provocar microdesgarros (sin causar da\u00f1os graves) y as\u00ed estimular la hipertrofia durante la recuperaci\u00f3n muscular. Por lo tanto, si bien mantener el mismo peso d\u00eda tras d\u00eda puede no provocar lesiones, tampoco generar\u00eda la tensi\u00f3n suficiente en el m\u00fasculo para que se adapte al estr\u00e9s y crezca adecuadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que la sobrecarga progresiva se presenta de diversas formas, no solo mediante el levantamiento peri\u00f3dico de pesos mayores. Tambi\u00e9n puedes implementarla aumentando el rango de series y\/o las repeticiones de tus ejercicios, o perfeccionando tu t\u00e9cnica de entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes introducir sobrecargas progresivas a\u00f1adiendo m\u00e1s ejercicios a tu rutina de entrenamiento de brazos y\/o aumentando tu control general de las pesas y\/o el rango de movimiento con cada repetici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#4. La mala calidad del sue\u00f1o podr\u00eda ser una raz\u00f3n por la que tus b\u00edceps no crecen. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No importa si tu entrenamiento es perfecto y te alimentas bien, si no duermes lo suficiente, terminar\u00e1s cansado durante el d\u00eda y esto puede afectar mucho tu rendimiento. Debes mantener la constancia.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No es raro ver a gente saltando de una rutina de entrenamiento de brazos a otra, influenciada principalmente por influencers de fitness online muy convincentes. Si bien esto puede abrirte las puertas a una gran cantidad de ejercicios para mejorar tus m\u00fasculos, saltar de un ejercicio a otro puede llevarte a un entrenamiento inconsistente para generar la tensi\u00f3n necesaria que estimule el crecimiento muscular.
