Og p\u00e5 grund af deres natur f\u00e5r du muligvis ikke nok af de vitaminer og mineraler, som din krop har brug for.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Som f\u00f8lge heraf begynder din krop at have lyst til mad med h\u00f8jt fedt- og sukkerindhold, selvom det er d\u00e5rligt for den.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Myte #5: L\u00e6ngere tr\u00e6ning giver bedre resultater<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En anden misforst\u00e5else, der har hersket i mad- og fitnessverdenen, er, at mange timers motion hj\u00e6lper med at tabe sig.
